Mosaic

Easy, chocolatey frozen dessert!

In desserts, you need precision, while in cooking the quantities of any material can be changed without necessarily having an impact on the final result.

This chocolate frozen mosaic is an exception.

Try to do it, even if you do not have much experience in confectionery and impress your friends who love chocolate.

Recipe
  • 250g soft margarine
  • 90g cocoa powder
  • 400g sweetened condensed milk
  • 450g biscuits (preferably Petit-Beurre)
  • 2 tbsp Cognac


  1. Using a whisk, cream the butter in a bowl.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and the cognac and mix until they incorporate.
  3. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk in two portions while stirring continuously.
  4. Add the biscuits after breaking them with your hands and mix.
  5. Finally, divide the mixture in two and put it on two pieces of baking paper. Wrap both like candy and place them in the freezer for at least 5 hours before serving.
