Very easy mini piroshki for young and old children!
There are some snacks that no one can resist.
Among them are the very easy mini piroshki that we will make today and which will drive young and old crazy.
They are ideal for a children's party, for a board-game night, but also for a picnic.
All it takes is a little patience to wrap them, but our effort will be rewarded. We guarantee that everyone will love those mini piroshki!
Recipe
- 220g vegetable or olive oil
- 620g warm milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 32g instant dry yeast
- 1 kg all-purpose flour
- About 50 thin slices of ham
- Mix the milk with the sugar and yeast and wait 5 minutes until the mixture foams.
- Add the eggs and oil and mix well.
- Then add half the flour and mix.
- Add the remaining flour and salt and mix until a very soft dough is formed.
- Allow the dough to rest for 1 hour until it doubles in volume.
- Then take a piece of dough and with the help of a little flour open it to a thickness of 5 mm.
- Place a slice of ham on the opened dough and cut the circle into 6 or 8 triangles.
- Wrap each triangle: Start from the big side and form a croissant.
- Bake for 15'-20' at 180 C.
